Important Notice:

Due to the handmade and customised nature of all our resin products, AS Studio does not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges.

1. No Returns / No Refunds / No Exchanges

• Once an order is confirmed and production has started, the sale is final.
• This applies to all products, including customised and non-customised items.
• Change of mind, wrong size selection, colour preference, or delayed delivery (within the stated 5–7 days) are not valid reasons for return or refund.

2. Quality Issues

If you receive a product that is significantly damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos/videos. We will review the case on a goodwill basis. This does not guarantee a replacement or refund.

3. Customised Orders

Customised products are made specifically according to your instructions. We cannot accept returns or cancellations once production begins.
